Shaolin Buddhist Fist Style Kung Fu

 

Hei  Gung ( 氣功 Chi Kung or Qi Gong): We practice  traditonal Hei Gung exercises and meditation.  Standing and sitting   stances, moving exercises and internal forms are learnt in this style of Gung Fu. These build strength and energy and improve health.
